Loans on tax credits are offered under the following terms :

• Financing of up to 75% on eligible tax credits;

• Loan bundled with a first-ranking specific movable hypothec
  on the tax credits financed;

• Financing from $50,000 to $500,000;

• May be subject to a loss guarantee from Investissement Québec
  or a personal guarantee;

• Application fee of 3% to 5%;

• Interest from 10% to 12%.
